The invention concerns in particular novel sequences involved in the molecular pathways of tumour suppression, tumour reversion, apoptosis and/or resistance to viruses. The invention also concerns the use of said sequences or treatment against cancer, viral diseases, neurodegenerative diseases and for diagnostic purposes as well as for implementing methods for screening compounds to be tested. The invention further concerns methods for detecting and/or assaying sequences of the invention or their expression products in a biological sample.
