The invention relates to hydrometallurgy, more specifically to loparite and other concentrates breaking down by highly volatile acids and compounds. The inventive device comprises several reactors connected in series by means of tubular elements for a natural pulp flow, said reactors being provided with blade agitators, heating elements and pulp supplying and pulp removing branch pipes mounted on the first and the last reactor, respectively. Lids are hermetically connected to the bodies of the reactors and the top parts thereof are series connected by means of tubular elements for transferring a gas phase. Said device also comprises hydraulic locking tubes arranged in the lids and provided with the drive shafts of the blade agitators and the hydraulic locks arranged therein, said hydraulic locks are mounted on each lid and linked with the top parts of the reactors.
