The invention relates to a method for determining the therapeutic efficacy of a medicament against Parkinson's disease and/or Parkinson's syndrome, comprising the administration of said medicament to be tested to a (shivering) <i>fri/fri</i> mouse, followed by evaluation of at least one symptom chosen from the following: (5) akinesia; and/or (6) shaking; and/or (7) postural rigidity and instability; and/or (8) deterioration of cognitive functions. The evaluation makes it possible to apprehend an improvement of the clinical state of said animals when the medicament is injected into an <i>fri/fri</i> mouse. |
