STYRENE-BASED THERMOPLASTIC COMPOSITE MATERIAL HAVING IMPROVED IMPACT STRENGTH

PURPOSE: A styrene-based thermoplastic composite material is provided to improve the interfacial adhesion force, thereby improving the mechanical strength and impact strength. CONSTITUTION: The styrene-based thermoplastic composite material having improved impact strength comprises: (A) 50-95 parts by weight of a styrene-based thermoplastic resin; (B) 5-50 parts by weight of inorganic reinforcing materials; and (C) 1-50 parts by weight of a modified vinyl aromatic graft copolymer obtained by melting and kneading 100 parts by weight of a graft copolymer, 0.1-2 parts by weight of an organic peroxide, and 0.1-10 parts by weight of an epoxy group-containing reactive monomer to perform graft reaction, wherein the graft copolymer is prepared by the graft polymerization of 1-80 parts by weight of a rubbery polymer with 20-99 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl monomer.
