PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing the personal information are provided to transmit personal information necessary for a user to a wireless terminal by making not an Internet service provider but a user system obtain and process the information. CONSTITUTION: An information obtaining/processing module(210) obtains the information necessary for the user and processes the obtained information to fit to the wireless terminal. An information obtaining/processing format control module(215) controls the information obtaining/processing format. An information extracting module(220) extracts the contents to be informed to the wireless terminal from the information obtained by the information obtaining/processing module. An information formatting module(225) converts the information obtained and processed by the information obtaining/processing module and the information extracted by the information extracting module into a format wanted by the user.
