FIELD: medicinal engineering in stomatology. SUBSTANCE: dental flask has hollow body made of two halves for accommodation in its cavity of plaster and wax models of dental prosthesis. Both halves are made of dielectric ceramic material, for instance, semifaience and their internal surface coated with a layer of glaze. Made in body parting plane are inlet vertical hole for plastic, horizontal hole connected with vertical one and accommodating metal socket with bottom for formation of thermal seat, at least, one outlet hole for air and plastic closed by screw made of dielectric material, for instance, polycarbonate, projections and corresponding hollows for joining and locking. Made perpendicular to body parting plane are four holes in bosses of halves accommodating fastening members made of dielectric, for instance, textolite, two coaxial holes for withdrawal of plaster model are made in central part of halves. EFFECT: reduction of energy losses in plastic polymerization and reduced time for it, higher quality of produced articles, improved convenience of using dental flask. 1 cl, 2 dwg |
