PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to reduce the disclination lines of electric fields between pixel electrodes toward data lines with respect to liquid crystal by overlapping the pixel electrodes with corresponding both side portions of data lines and forming the overlapped portions of the pixel electrodes with an inclination. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display device includes pixel electrodes(210) formed on a glass substrate(200) and overlapping corresponding portions of data lines(204), wherein the overlapped edge portions is inclined, the inclination is maximally 1000Å-2000Å from the surface of an insulating film, and an active layer is added between the glass substrate and the data lines.
