PURPOSE: A handsfree device for a vehicle is provided to easily install the handsfree device to a safety belt without deteriorating an interior of the vehicle and to prevent occupants of the vehicle from being damaged by the handsfree device. CONSTITUTION: A handsfree device includes a supporting plate detachably coupled to a lower portion of a belt guide(4) of a safety belt. A microphone(120) is movably installed along the supporting plate. A speaker(130) connected to the microphone(120) is installed at a front of the belt guide(4). A connection jack is connected to the microphone(120) and the speaker(130). The connection jack is installed at one side of a center facia so as to be connected to a portable wireless phone. A coupling slot is formed at a lower portion of the belt guide(4). An elastic coupling hook is formed at an upper portion of the supporting plate.
