On the side of the nozzle throat section the diaphragm has an annular flange receiving a sleeve connected to the diaphragm by the destructible member of the rated section. An opening is made in the diaphragm opposite the sleeve, and the sleeve in the cross-section is made in the form of a polyhedron, whose diameter of the described circumference exceeds the diameter of the nozzle throat section. The device provides for engine leak-proofness at a missile ejection from the launching barrel before engine starting. EFFECT: enhanced safety at an emergency immersion of the underwater vehicle by filling the engine case with intake water. 1 dwg
