<p>Operation efficiency and convenience of the management control of a facility device are improved. Operation information acquisition requesting means (11) requests an acquisition of the operation information on facility devices (2). Operation information display control means (12) controls the display of the operation information. Facility centralized management means (21) manages the facility devices (2) in a centralized way. Operation information holding means (22) holds the operation information. User information table management means (31) manages the user information table containing an information request format of the operation information from a user terminal device (10). Operation information table management means (32) manages the operation information table containing a flag indicating whether or not the operation information can be provided and the information holding form of the operation information in a maintenance management device (20). Operation information collecting means (33) collects proviable operation information according to the flag. Operation information converting/transmitting means (34) converts the information holding format, if different from the information request format, into the information request format, and transmits the converted information request format to the user terminal device (10).</p> |
