SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recombinant polypeptide that is on the surface manifesting antigen of Helicobacter pylori with approximate molecular mass 29 kDa and fragments of nucleic acids encoding indicated antigen. Recombinant polypeptide of this invention can be used for diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori infection and for preparing vaccine compositions that will elicit the immune response against the mentioned infection.
