FIELD: pulse equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in measuring instruments, range finders determining length of signal and in systems determining small time mismatch between solitary pairs of pulses. Device measuring small time intervals includes processing unit 1, decimal-to-binary code converter 2, first 5 and second 3 coincidence elements, unit 4 of inverters, unit 6 of delay lines connected in series, separate inverter 7, delay line 8, transmitter 9 of start of interval and transmitter 10 of finish of interval. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy in determination of values of small interval with increased duration of pulse without any complication of units. 3 dwg |
