FIELD: polymers, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention describes method of preparing organic anionic polyelectrolyte comprising formation of some stable reverse acrylamides of monomeric emulsions in the presence of inorganic salts and polymerization regulating agent, the following polymerization using peroxide initiating agents and hydrolysis of organic substances in the presence of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution. Salts of metals of the 1st group of periodic system are used as inorganic salts taken in the amount 10-13% of aqueous phase mass. Monoaminocarboxylic amino acids containing methylated mercapto-group are used as molecular mass regulating agents taken in the amount 0.1-0.25% of monomer mass. Low-solidifying hydrocarbon oil is used as a dispersion phase. Mixture of saturated acid esters with triethanolamine is used as an emulsifying agent. Formation, composition and temperature of reverse aqueous-oily emulsion are equilibrated by means of turbulent emulsification and simultaneous cooling emulsion and fractional addition of water-dissolved monomer charge, inorganic salts and regulating agent to emulsion. Emulsion polymerization is carried out at temperature from 5 to 60 C in the presence of peroxide initiating agent taken in ratio to monomer that provides its complete conversion and also anionic high-molecular copolymer as polyelectolyte containing acrylamide links in the amount from about 50 to 80 wt.% and sodium acrylate in the amount from about 20 to 50 wt. % as measure for copolymer mass, with intrinsic viscosity value of copolymer 20-10 exhibiting high water solubility where indicated copolymer shows ionic activity. The latter index is determined by measurement of hydrogen index that is pH = 7=9.5 as emulsion in hydrocarbon oil retaining thermal stability and resistance to cold and stability in the range of temperature from +175 to minus 35 C and motility at temperature below minus 35 C. Invention relates also to methods of synthesis of synthetic high-molecular polyelectrolytes and polymers and copolymers based on an order of acrylamides comprising groups able to ionization in solution and used for treatment of natural and sewage waters, for flotation, as additions in drilling under complicated conditions, in development of soil artificial structure.
