The invention relates to bulk or pourable washing and/or cleaning agents which are characterized in that the agent contains particulate particles with an average form factor of at least 0.80 and in that the zeolite content of the washing and/or cleaning agent is not more than 15 % by weight, based on the overall weight of the agent. The agents are further characterized in that the contact area between the particles which are as spherical as possible is reduced by rounding the particles. The reduction of the contact area between the respective particulate particles avoids interactions or reactions between the ingredients contained in the washing and/or cleaning agent particles which are chemically unstable or have a deactivation tendency.
