FIELD: medicine, gynecology. SUBSTANCE: under laparoscope control one should detect an abscess-affected cavity out of commissura process. Its content should be evacuated. The drain is introduced through anterior abdominal wall into abscess cavity. The cavity sanitary conditions should be improved with an antiseptic solution twice per 3 h. A hysteroscope is introduced into a cavity along a drain to conduct a survey. Mechanical exfoliation and evacuation of purulent-necrotic masses should be fulfilled. Procedures are carried out till normalization of the results of bacteriological and cytological gastric examinations. The method provides dynamic control for the contraction of an abscess-affected cavity. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 2 ex
