Method has the following steps: constitution of a database (4) comprising information relating to the small enterprises; verification of the information by a reliable third party (6); division of the information between public and reserved access data; distribution of the public information, especially over the Internet; provision of request pages and forms that can be filled in by a potential rescuer asking for information, with the requests (15) transmitted to a third party. The invention also relates to a corresponding server for implementing the system and facilitating the transmission of data between small enterprises and potential rescuers.
