A composition for treating varicosis, which contains aluminium potassium sulfate as principle component, saline as solvent, combined with vitamin C and B>1<, as well as extract of Glycyrrhiza plant and herba taching. The composition according to the present invention is a complex formulation with appropriate pH but without side effect. It is administrated by injecting into the affected area readily with no pain to the patient. After single or double injectable doses, varicosis can be treated by effectiveness of 100% or curative rate of more than 95%, the affected skin recovers the same intact, smooth and sensitive sense as the unaffected.
