FIELD: medicine, particularly, traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: method includes immobilization of extremity with physiofunctional treatment beginning from the third day after operation and medicamentous stimulation of reparative regeneration of tendon tissue by injection of solution of solcoseryl, sodium diclophenac, ascorbic acid and vitamin E; freeing of knee joint from fixing device after 1.5-2 weeks after operation and hydrokinesitherapy up to full stopping of immobilization in 5-6 weeks after operation. Device for method embodiment consists of proximal longet fixing knee joint, central longet applied to crus, and distal longet fixing foot. Secured to central part of proximal and distal longets is plate whose free end facing central longet at angle of 150-160 deg opened rearward between central and proximal longets and forward between central and distal longets. Plates and central longet have holes to provide for longitudinal and angular motions of longets. Technical result consists in versatility.
