FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: medicinal mixture should be introduced into cellular space of frostbitten limbs. Its composition contains 30 ml 0.5%-novocaine solution, 10 000 U heparin, 40 mg hydrocortisone, 500 000 U monomycin. One should subcutaneously inject 1 ml 1-% pyrroxane solution 30 min before the introduction of medicinal mixture. The method enables to inhibit the development of necrotic processes in affected area.
