FIELD: examination and analysis of materials. SUBSTANCE: analyser is characterized by the presence of a crystal and a detector, the crystal represents an element of organic polymer having a thin capillary tube through which a sample of fluid or a sample of fluid and fluid-reagent flow and a chemical interaction of the sample in the capillary tube may be accomplished without any use of special means of weighing. The detector is a detector with a photothermal transformation for measurement of variation of the physical quantity, for example, variation of the refractive index caused by a partial variation of temperature of the sample and reagent with the aid of application of exciting light to the substance to be measured. EFFECT: produced small analyser superior with respect to processing of used crystals that can carry out the analysis at a low price, simply and for a short period of time. 14 cl, 27 dwg
