FIELD: medical engineering, particularly, devices for performance of compression osteosynthesis of femur neck fractures. SUBSTANCE: device has base and L-shaped wire with threaded end located in base. Base is cylindrical with flexible stop. Located on threaded end of wire is spring with thrust washer and fixing screw for controlled compression. EFFECT: reduced traumatic injury and treatment terms due to provision of controlled compression. 1 dwg
