FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method deals with treating defects of an aortic valve. Aortic resection is conducted along the access of previous operation to be continued into uncoronary sinus not reaching the bottom of a valve. After interference, arta should be covered with a patch in the form of parallelogram, the total of short and long sides of which corresponds to the length of aortic access, and one of sharp angles is sutured into aortic incision at uncoronated sinus by widening an ascending aorta. The method enables to use previous aortotomic access, prevent the lesions of right coronary sinus and avoid epivalval aortic stenosis. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 dwg, 1 ex
