PURPOSE: A method for recycling aluminum can and steel can separately is provided, which can recovers high purity aluminum as bar or bagged powder from aluminum waste via magnetic separation, and burning removal of any combustible matter contained the aluminum chip. CONSTITUTION: The method for recycling aluminum can and steel can separately includes a first step for passing various kinds of collected can and metal pieces through a primary magnetic separator to remove large waste and useless foreign material and to collect only aluminum can out of the mixture of aluminum can, steel and aluminum can, steel can, large iron of high weight and small iron of low weight; a second step for transferring the classified cans to the multistage crusher(40) and for transferring the small iron to pneumatic classifier(20): a third step for cutting and crushing the small iron and steel can into 10 to 30 mm size; a fourth step for selecting into aluminum chip and steel chip by a second magnetic selector(50); a fifth step for forming the steel chip into bar of less than 100 mm; a sixth step for burning and removing any combustible matter contained the aluminum chip; a seventh step for collecting aluminum chip only rejecting incinerated residue; an eighth step for pulverizing the aluminum chip into powder of less than 2 mm; and the final step for compacting the aluminum powder into bar or bagging the powder as it is. |
