FIELD: agriculture, particularly, preservation of soya ocara. SUBSTANCE: method involves introduction of conserving agents in soya ocara: powder-like bischofite, or bischofite brine, or dissolved aqueous solution of sodium hypochlorite (1: 9) at consumption, respectively, 3-4 g, 5-6 ml and 20-25 per 1 kg.
