FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: combined unit has frame with carrier wheels and mellowing working tools formed as flat hoes attached to frame by means of tines, hopper for seeds and fertilizers, seed shares with seed distributors, fertilizer feeding shares, and covering rolls. Combined unit is furnished with working tool depth adjusting mechanism. Fertilizer feeding share and seed feeding share are arranged in axially aligned position on flat hoe tine and may be adjusted one with respect to another through the height of tine. Feeding edge of fertilizer feeding share is arranged at the level of flat hoe cutting edge. Seed distributor having width making 0.5-0.6 the width of flat hoe is made in the form of two inclined conical sections, which are fixed to one another in spaced relation for feeding seeds into soil. Seed share is mounted on flat hoe tine for repositioning of hoe attachment pins in related openings in flat hoe tine. Working tool depth adjustment mechanism has screw-type devices with left-handed and right-handed screw threads. Screw-type devices are connected to hydraulic cylinder for lifting said unit.
