Using BLAST analysis means,homologies among the data contained in the data group to be analyzed and the data contained in the first data group are respectively calculated and the number of homologous data(number of orthologous genes)is calculated as a first homology x by using the calculation results.Setting nA thresholds E’s,the first homology xi is calculated concerning each threshold Ei.Then,homologies among the data contained in the data group to be analyzed and the data contained in the second data group are respectively calculated and the number of homologous data(number of orthologous genes)is calculated as a second homology y by using the calculation results.Setting nB thresholds E’s,the second homology yi is calculated concerning each threshold Ei.Using T calibration means,it is judged that the data group to be analyzed are analogous either to the first data group or the second data group,based on the relationship among the first homology xi,the second homology yi and the number of the thresholds n.
