SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel cyanoguanidines of the formula (I): where addition to pyridine ring is carried out at 3 or 4 position; R1 means one or more substitutes taken among group consisting of hydrogen atom, C1-C4-alkyl or alkoxy-group; Q means C4-C20-linear saturated bivalent hydrocarbon radical; X means carbonyl, carbonylamino-group, aminocarbonyl, oxycarbonylhydroxy-group, oxycarbonyl, carbonylhydroxy-group, aminocarbonylhydroxy-group, aminothiocarbonylhydroxy-group, oxycarbonylamino-group or oxythiocarbonylamino-group; Y means phenylene; R2 means hydrogen, halogen atom. Compounds of the formula (I) show inhibitory activity against unfavorable cells proliferation and can be used in medicine.
