FIELD: medicine, virology. SUBSTANCE: method relates to method of treatment of patients with HIV-infection. Method involves the use of silver nitrate aqueous solution with N,N'-tetramethylthiazine nitrate in the form rectal curative enemas, once per a 24 h, in the dose 0.1-0.2 g for 10 days. In the process of treatment course kidney and liver function is controlled and urinary excretion of tetramethylthiazine is controlled by its color. Control of treatment efficiency is performed by dynamic data of immunological indices and by results of polymerase chain reaction used for detection of viral RNA and DNA. Method ensures to provide elimination of virus from blood and achieve the stable remission of disease. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 2 cl
