<p>The invention relates to a laser source comprising a solid laser (10) which is optically pumped and enables a first laser beam (2), having a frequency (f1) to be emitted; a chemical absorption cell (7),containing a chemical absorption element, through which the first laser beam (2) or a beam (4b) derived therefrom passes during operation, enabling a transition (T) of the chemical absorption element to be saturated. Said laser source also comprises control means (9) which are designed to control the frequency (f1) of the first laser beam on said saturated transition (T) of the chemical absorption element by means of synchronous detection based on a modulation of said transition (T).</p> |
