SUBSTANCE: time relay has series-connected threshold unit, OR gate, first RS flip-flop, clock generator, binary pulse counter, decoder, and final element made in the form of second RS flip-flop with relay potential coil incorporating break contact connected across its direct output, as well as one-shot multivibrator whose output is connected to S input of second RS flip-flop and to second input of OR gate; it also has AND gate whose direct input is connected to second output of threshold unit, inverting input, to inverting output of second RS flip-flop, and output, to S input of first RS flip-flop, OR gate output being connected to zero setting input of binary pulse counter.
