FIELD: heating systems for residences and other buildings. SUBSTANCE: system includes boiler with steam collector mounted onto it; heating devices connected through cocks with steam conduit and through steam trap - with condensate conduit; apparatus for creating and controlling vacuum in the form of cylinder having piston mounted with possibility of reciprocation motion. At changing steam pressure in heating system it is possible to change steam temperature depending upon environmental air temperature. EFFECT: reduced energy consumption in system. 2 cl, 3 dwg
