FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka contains natural honey, 65.8-% sugar syrup, aqueous-alcoholic liquid, aromatic alcohol of bread rusks prepared from 9-11 kg of rusks from bread "Borodinsky" per 1000 dal of end product. Vodka has the following ratio of components, kg/1000 dal of end product: natural honey, 2.8-3.2; and also l/1000 of end product: aromatic alcohol of bread rusks from bread "Borodinsky", 35.0-37.0; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 27.0-30.0; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance, in terms of 40% strength. Proposed vodka has slight mint-clove taste and slight currant aroma. EFFECT: broadened assortment of vodkas. 3 ex |
