[Also in Division H1] In a plug-board comprising a Cu pattern 10b forming conductive paths between selected apertures in an insulating board 14b. tongues 12 project from the conductors over part of each aperture to resiliently contact a plug 16 when the latter is inserted in the aperture, which may be circular with a polarizing flat. One tongue, or two tongues 120 degrees apart, may be provided for each aperture. Plug 16 comprises a central body portion rolled from sheet metal into horseshoe section, the edges of the sheet being folded inwards to produce flat portions 24 separated by a slot 22, so that the body portion is radially compressible. |
