PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for a member for regulating the developer amount for a developing device such as an electrophotographic device or the like by using a silicone rubber in which wear of the rubber is decreased and bleed out due to the wear can be suppressed without losing the advantages of the silicone rubber such as characteristics of low hardness, elasticity and little permanent strain and to provide a member for regulating the developer amount which can prevent contamination of a toner or other developing members and can maintain high quality for a long time. SOLUTION: The member for regulating the developer amount is molded by using a material prepared by blending a filler having 3 to 20μm particle size by 10 to 50% volume fraction in the silicone rubber. |
