PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain miniaturization and increase in the output of laser light, and to provide degrees of freedom for alignment. SOLUTION: A convergence system 1 for semiconductor laser is provided with a semiconductor laser bar 20 for emitting a plurality of laser light, while being installed on an Si substrate 10, a rod lens 30 for controlling the focal distance of laser light emitted from the semiconductor laser bar 20, an optical waveguide device 40 for converging the laser light from the rod lens 30, a plurality of optical fibers 50 for guiding the laser light from the optical waveguide device 40, and a condenser lens 60 for converging the laser light emitted from each of the optical fibers 50. |
