PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of an engine for a snow vehicle capable of stabilizing the number of idling revolutions of the engine immediately after starting the engine, improving the workability when supplying cooling water, and realizing an engine layout capable of saving space. SOLUTION: This cooling structure of the water cooled engine for a snowmobile 1 is constituted in such a way that a water pump 51 is arranged on the front side of a cylinder block 3 and on the lower side of an exhaust manifold 35 to transmit a rotation force through a drive belt 52 from a drive pulley 53 provided in an end part of a crankshaft 7 so as to connect them, a cooling water inlet part 62 for introducing cooling water into the engine is provided on the front side of the cylinder block 3 and on the lower side of the exhaust manifold 35, a cooling water outlet part 63 for taking cooling water out of the engine is provided in a side part of a cylinder head 3 and in an upper part close to the anti-drive belt side, and a thermostat 64 is arranged in the downstream of the flow of cooling water in the cooling water outlet part 63.
