PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot switch type faucet apparatus which can arrange a drawer as a kitchen storage space at a lower portion in a cabinet in a drawable manner. SOLUTION: The foot switch type faucet apparatus is comprised of a transmitting section 11 for transmitting a signal in response to receiving the same from a foot switch 1, a receiving section 12 for receiving the signal from the transmitting section 11, and a control section 13 for controlling water supplying operation of a solenoid valve 14 in response to reception of the signal from the receiving section 12. According to the apparatus, the foot switch 1 and the transmitting section 11 are attached to the drawer 3 arranged at the lower portion in the cabinet 22, and the receiving section 12 and the control section 13 are attached to the cabinet 22. Further, a part of the receiving section 12 faces to the drawer 3, and the signal transmitted from the transmitting section 11 to the receiving section 12 is a radio signal.
