PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barricade easy to handle with excellent visibility, safety and durability. SOLUTION: This safety fence 1 is constituted as a structure body with a skeleton strong against impact with sufficient thickness and weight using a plastic material freely colored with low specific gravity and easily adjusted in weight. The safety fence thereby has the weight not in need of a sandbag nor a water tank while being compactly stored in pile so as to be convenient for storage and transportation, and becomes a product which can meet the demand of a lease market. The safety fence 1 colored in a bright color has excellent visibility even when used by itself, but visibility at night is notably improved by providing the center with a grated part 4 comprising three- dimensional type posts 3 with retroreflection sheets 6 attached thereto. A divided region of a construction site can thereby be neatly adjusted without the joint use of color cones and other safety articles, which can contribute to the safety measure of the construction site.
