PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferentially process the command of an operator leading a prescribed technique as a leader when commands from a plurality of operators conflict. SOLUTION: The voice control device is constituted of input sections 10a-10c, A/D converters 14a-14c to A/D convert each of the inputted voice into digital voice input data, voice recognition sections 15a-15c to recognize the voice of the command based on the voice input data, discrimination sections 16a-16c to discriminate whether to permit the command based on the identification result of identification sections 13a-13c, a priority order control section 17 to control which command from discrimination sections 16a-16c is to be outputted according to the priority order, and a control signal generating section 18 to generate a control signal for operating the equipment to be controlled based on the command output permitted by the priority order control section 17. |
