PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device provided with seal constitution improving sealing performance, having excellent assembling and disassembling properties, reducing the interference change of a seal to the axial relative displacement of inner and outer rings and suppressing minimum bearing pressure. SOLUTION: An inclined face 24d of a seal sliding member 24 has tapered shape inclining in the same direction as a lip 22c of a seal body 22. Consequently, when cross section is taken in the axial direction, the lip 22c and the inclined face 24d incline in the same direction. As a result, even when there is axial relative displacement between the lip 22c and inclined face 24d, the bearing pressure change of the lip 22c and inclined face 24d is suppressed small in comparison with the case of the inclined face 24d being perpendicular to the axis. That is, even if securing the minimum bearing pressure of the lip 22c and inclined face 24d in consideration of the axial relative displacement between the lip 22c and inclined face 24d, maximum bearing pressure can be suppressed low, and the influence caused by the heat generating and wear of the lip 22c can be suppressed. |
