PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out equipment close to the end of service life, and to speedily and surely receive the provision of exchange equipment and the dispatch of the personnel, necessary from a manufacturer's side service center device. SOLUTION: This service life equipment maintenance service system is provided with a user side central monitoring device 2 for updating exchange prediction information from the state information of each of object equipment, comparing this updated exchange prediction information with preset equipment service life prediction information and transmitting equipment exchange request information by mail, when exchange equipment is specified; a service center device 4, which is connected with this central monitoring device through a network 1, for preparing a prescribed estimate and transmitting it by mail, when the exchange request information of the exchange equipment is received, and a user side manager terminal 3 for receiving the exchange request information of the exchange equipment from the central monitoring device, preparing the prescribed statement of order and transmitting it to the relevant service center device 4 by mail when the prescribed estimate is received from the service center device 4 via the network. |
