PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a target service agency can not be found, propriety of reservation is unknown, a service agency is difficult to be found and a reservation site itself is difficult to be found since sites are not centralized in reservation to the service agency. SOLUTION: Service is retrieved by accessing a reservation service providing server 30 from a user terminal 10 via the Internet 40. When target service is found, reservation is requested by a reservation management system 312 to be provided by the reservation service providing server 30 linked from a retrieval result. When reservation request information is stored, a service agency terminal 20 is automatically informed of registration of a reservation request by electronic mail. The service agency confirms the electronic mail of the reservation request by the service agency terminal 20 connected with the Internet 40, confirms a reservation state picture to be provided by the reservation service providing server 30 and confirms acceptance. |
