PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recognition desktop camera which is reduced in cost by decreasing the number of components and also decreasing the assembly man-hours. SOLUTION: This image recognition desktop camera 10 is equipped with a front panel 11 which has its lens part 13 molded of the same material in one body and a wiring board 15 which is fitted to the front panel 11 so that an LED 12 for lighting which is mounted is arranged on the rear side of the lens part 13.
