<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately prevent billing errors corresponding to the operation forms of respective medical institutions regarding a method for preventing the billing error in a medical service system. SOLUTION: The method is for suppressing the input of treatment action codes which can not be simultaneously calculated by referring to a system management information file when generating an according card by inputting the treatment action codes required for the issuance of a receipt in the medical service system. The KEY part of the system management information file is provided with a section management flag (1) discriminating a same month taboo check and a same day taboo check. Also, each code information of the taboo check of the system management information file is provided with a kind management flag (2) discriminating whether to preferentially calculate a check object code or to preferentially calculate a taboo object code. Also, the KEY part of the system management information file is provided with a serial number management flag (3) discriminating whether it is judgment check contents fixed for the medical service system or the check contents of a new user himself/herself as the system management information file.</p> |
