<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication quality control system that manages assignment of resources, with respect to a communication quality assurance requirement so as to apply assurance control to the communication quality on the basis of a resource management policy decided by a network manager, when a communication path cannot be decided uniquely. SOLUTION: A policy server is provided with a function by which the network manager sets the resource management policy for designating an object of resource management; a function that receives network communication quality assurance requirements from a plurality of user networks; a function of managing resources stored in a network device; a function that carries out assignment control of the network resources, in response to the communication quality assurance requirements by referencing the resource management policy; and a function of issuing a Qos control instruction to a router, on the basis of the result of the network resource assignment control, and the router receives the control instruction for carrying out control for communication service quality assurance, to realize assurance of the communication quality.</p> |
