<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately restore an error block to keep the image quality. SOLUTION: This image processor divides an image frames of units into blocks, corrects the error blocks among blocks encoded in the unit, and is provided with a 1st discrimination means that discriminates the presence of a motion of the error block between fames on the basis of a block adjacent to the error block, a 1st recovery means that uses a motion vector and image data of surrounding blocks of the error block to recover the error block when the 1st discrimination means discriminates the presence of a motion, and a 2nd recovery means that corrects the error block according to a coding mode of the block at the same position of a preceding frame and image data of the preceding frame or the current frame when the 1st discrimination means discriminates the absence of a motion.</p> |
