SOLUTION: This conductivity measuring method of gel polymer electrolyte includes a process for forming a gel polymer electrolyte membrane 11 having the thickness of 1-1,000μm on the smooth surface of a first base material 12 insoluble to the polymer electrolyte, a process for forming a cell 13 having a prescribed size from the polymer electrolyte membrane 11, a process for exfoliating the cell 13 from the first base material 12 and arranging the cell 13 on the smooth surface of a second base material 14 insoluble to the polymer electrolyte, a process for confirming that the shape of an electrolytic solution layer 13a formed by oozing out from the periphery of the cell 13 of the polymer electrolyte onto the smooth surface of the second base material 14 is maintained over 30 seconds, a process for exfoliating the cell 13 from the second base material 14 and arranging the under surface of the cell 13 on a first electrode 16, and a process for measuring a current value when a second electrode 17 is arranged of the upper surface of the cell 13 arranged on the first electrode 16 and a potential difference is applied between the first and second electrodes 16, 17.
