PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit device to which a shield plate and a radiation plate for a circuit substrate can be attached easily in an electronic circuit device used for an electronic equipment such as a plasma display device. SOLUTION: This device has a circuit substrate 50 in which electronic parts constituting an electronic circuit mounted on both surfaces and shield plates 52, 53 attached respectively to the both surfaces of the circuit substrate 50 so as to cover the electronic parts on this circuit substrate 50 and shielding electromagnetically the electronic parts, the two shield plates 52, 53 are made almost equal to each other in size, and the two shield plates 52, 53 are attached by fixing them to the circuit substrate 50 at the same position on the circuit substrate 50.
