SOLUTION: Switches 102, 202, 302 retrieve a home location register or a visitor location register when the mobile unit 600 replies no response, the power supply of the mobile unit is interrupted or the mobile unit is the outside the zone to acquire the position information of the mobile unit 600, retrieve an address corresponding to the position information, convert the address into a voice message and transmits the message to a caller.
