PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture preventing loosening even when a holding part deviates by acting force to a rod material, fixing the rod material to a plate material irrespective of a height dimension of a piece, and not damaging the plate material even in removal. SOLUTION: Rear parts of two confronting bases 11 and 12 are used as fixing parts of the rod material 51. An inserting piece 2 abutted on a plate material inner face is extendedly provided on tips of the bases. A holding piece 3 abutted on a plate material outer face and holding the plate material with the inserting piece is journalled so as to swing between a holding position and an opened position in a front gap part S1 in rear of the inserting piece. A locking pawl 31 facing the inserting piece is formed in a holding piece lower part. A recessed part 21 receiving the locking pawl when the holding piece is in the holding position is formed in an inserting piece lower part. A wedge piece 4 is inserted in a main gap part S2 in rear of the holding piece, the holding piece is fixed in the holding position, and the locking pawl of the holding piece is locked on the recessed part of the inserting piece.
